Returns
We stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture and distribute. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Custom orders and made-to-spec items are non-returnable.
All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team. Once approved, instructions for returning the item(s) will be provided. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
